The Fluffy app operates in a fully offline mode. All user data is stored exclusively on the user’s device and is not collected, transmitted, or used by the service in any external systems.
Optionally, the app may synchronize tasks and reminders with Apple Reminders / Calendar, provided the user grants explicit permission for such synchronization. This synchronization is performed via Apple’s standard APIs and is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy. Access for synchronization is only granted upon the user’s explicit consent.

The following data is processed locally on the user’s device only:

• Reminder titles, descriptions, and date/time information;
• User’s name (for interface personalization purposes);
• Avatar (sourced from the device’s gallery or camera, stored locally);
• Beta testing logs (stored as a file on the device; transmission is at the user’s discretion).

When synchronization with Apple Reminders / Calendar is enabled, only the data minimally required for task synchronization is transferred to Apple’s system services, namely: reminder title, description, and date and time.

The app uses Apple’s SFSpeechRecognizer and a Core ML model for voice input functionality.
Audio data is processed locally on the user’s device. Temporary audio files are automatically deleted after processing.

The app downloads only publicly available text messages (e.g., greetings, notifications) from GitHub. No IP address, device ID, or any user data is transmitted to or shared with GitHub. This content is static and does not include any tracking mechanisms.

User data is stored using UserDefaults, Core Data, and the Photos framework. All data is protected via iOS Data Protection and stored 100 % locally on the user’s device.

The app does not collect analytics, tracking data, or personal information.

When synchronization with Apple Reminders / Calendar is enabled, it is performed via Apple’s standard system APIs. The app does not engage in any additional analytics or tracking activities in connection with such synchronization.

Updates to this Privacy Policy are published in the App Store and within the app settings.
